Boarding Ready helps dog and cat owners keep pet vaccination records organized, current, and easy to show when it matters.
Whether you are preparing for boarding, daycare, grooming, or another pet care appointment, Boarding Ready gives you a simple way to track each pet’s required vaccines, store proof documents, and quickly see whether your pet is ready to go.
TRACK DOGS AND CATS
Create profiles for your dogs and cats, including important pet details and a profile photo. Boarding Ready focuses on the common vaccinations often required by boarding, daycare, and grooming facilities.
SEE EACH PET’S STATUS AT A GLANCE
The pet list shows every pet with a clear status indicator:
• Current — all tracked vaccines are up to date
• Due Soon — one or more vaccines expire within 30 days
• Expired — one or more vaccines are no longer current
For pets that are current, you can jump directly to their Boarding Pass. For pets with expiring or expired vaccines, you can go straight to the vaccine details and update the record.
ORGANIZED PET DETAILS
Each pet profile includes a helpful summary of vaccine status, including total vaccines, current vaccines, and expired vaccines. You can also quickly access vaccines that need attention, open the Boarding Pass, or view the full vaccine list.
DETAILED VACCINE RECORDS
Track the details you need for each vaccine, including:
• Vaccine type
• Vaccine name
• Current, expiring, or expired status
• Date given
• Expiration date
• Veterinarian
• Lot number
• Serial number
• Proof document image
Vaccine records are sorted by expiration date so the most urgent items are easy to find.
STORE AND VIEW PROOF DOCUMENTS
Attach an image of the vaccination proof document to a vaccine record. When you need to inspect the document, open it directly in the app and zoom or pan for a closer look.
BOARDING PASS
The Boarding Pass gives you a quick summary of your pet’s vaccine readiness. View all tracked vaccine types and their current status in one simple screen.
PDF BUNDLE
Boarding Ready can generate a PDF bundle containing your pet’s vaccination information and proof documents. You can view the PDF directly on your phone, zoom and pan through it, and share it using the standard iOS share sheet.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Boarding Ready does not require an account. Your pet information, vaccine records, and proof documents are stored locally on your device. PDF bundles are shared only when you choose to share them through iOS.
